My name is Cristina and I am a Fitness & Mindset Coach with over a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and nutrition space.

Throughout my career, I’ve helped hundreds of men and women achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

But my journey to becoming a fitness coach was not without its challenges. I struggled with binge eating, yo-yo dieting, and an all-or-nothing mindset for years, which not only took a toll on my physical health but also affected my mental well-being. It has taken years of perseverance, inner work, and dedication to work on repairing my relationship with food and I still make it a priority every day so that I can be the best version of myself for my clients.

I am passionate about using my personal experiences and professional expertise to help others achieve their own fitness goals and overcome any obstacles standing in their way.

Years ago when I was struggling with being overweight, the idea of investing in a personal trainer was daunting. I feared that I would spend a lot of time and money without seeing any results.
