WHY I BECAME A MENTOR
Hi there, I'm so happy you're here! I’m excited to share a bit about myself and my journey and why I became a fitness coach.
My passion for fitness started when I was 15. I remember seeing one of those late night P90X infomercials and was fascinated by how the human body worked and how small changes in lifestyle and nutrition could have a big impact on one’s overall health and wellbeing. I was intrigued and bought the at-home program and learned more about how building muscle can transform the body. Up until that point, the extent of my knowledge was doing cardio and abs. Once I started incorporating weights into my routine, my body started changing immediately. I was hooked!
After earning my Personal Training certification, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to help others. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life and from all around the world. From beginners just starting out on their fitness journey to seasoned athletes looking to take their training to the next level. I’ve also worked with clients struggling with a variety of health issues -- obesity, binge eating issues, injuries -- and helped them make positive changes that have improved not only their quality of life but their overall confidence.
What sets me apart as a coach is my holistic approach to wellness. I don’t just focus on exercise and nutrition, but on all aspects of a client’s lifestyle, including sleep, stress management, and mental health. By addressing the root causes of health issues and creating personalized plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, I’ve been able to help my clients achieve sustainable, long-term results.
As a coach, my ultimate goal is to empower my clients to take control of their health and provide them with all the tools they need in order to make positive changes for their health. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your athletic performance, or simply improve your overall health and wellbeing, I’m here to help.
