There are so many things that I love about having you as my trainer, even though sometimes I kinda get mad at you for making me do hard things! 😂 You are so knowledgeable about form and you describe how to do each exercise really well, showing what muscle groups I should be targeting. You're super good at working around injuries and I love how you always ask how my body is feeling at the beginning of a workout in case you need to tweak it a bit. All of this while making me feel really good about my progress and pushing me way past the point where I would stop if I were on my own. You are also really easy to talk to and have a great sense of humor - we always laugh and have fun and the hour basically flies by. “Oh boy, don’t judge its book by its cover! Other than a sweet personality, Cristina is also very tough. She always starts the session with a quick simple effective cardio warm up to keep my heart rate up. She likes to challenge me with new workouts which makes it fun! I easily get bored so this is a plus. She pushes me to the max and I couldn’t believe that my bodyfat went down after just 10 sessions. I can see my definition and I feel very confident in bikini!
